For a 100% refund of your shoes please send your purchased items back along with the return form that came along with your purchase. Once we have received your returned shoes in the condition that they were sent then a full refund will be issued.

Please note postage and packaging is non refundable.

Delivery is charged based on your total cost of purchases:

UK (Delivery time Approx 3-5 working days):

under £50 = £4.99 delivery charge
Over £50   = £5.99 delivery charge
over £100  = £10 delivery charge

International (Delivery time Approx 7 – 10 days):

under £50 = £5.99 delivery charge
Over £50   = £10.00 delivery charge
over £100  = £15 delivery charge
over £250  = £25 delivery charge

We no longer provide a free size exchange service. If the shoes you ordered are not the right size return them to us and we will happily issue you with a refund. We recommend you to use recorded delivery when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

If you have one of our coupons you can redeem this directly on our website once you have added your items to the Cart you can go directly to the cart or Checkout pages to redeem the voucher by entering the voucher code.
